In Paraguay, the violation of human rights and its link with the environment has something in common: the non-compliance of the State to guarantee rights concerning excessive fumigation, illegal deforestation, forest fires and contamination. In addition, urban, rural
and indigenous communities suffer constant violations of their basic universal rights related to the lack of drinking water, access to land and food security. This dossier compiles 20 cases, aiming to raise awareness of issues faced by communities.
