The Documented History of Freemasonry in Paraguay is the result of a methodical historical investigation carried out primarily with the documents held in the Grand Historical Archive of the Grand Symbolic Lodge of Paraguay, located at the Solar Herrera.

The book presents a chronological analysis of the events that form part of the history of Freemasonry in the country. That analysis was conducted on the basis of the documentation held therein, supplemented by consultation of other official sources, allowing the reader to ascertain with certainty the facts that constitute the historical and traditional continuity of Freemasonry in Paraguay.
